Quality Guiding Principle

We introduced independent quality control team

We have a quality policy for quality assurance. We introduced independent quality control team. The quality policy is written in English and in our native Language.

The quality policy of M.S. SARKER KNIT COMPOSITE LTD. is to manufacture and export different kinds of high quality readymade garments to its valuable customer ’s by their expertise. Besides we have a Team of dedicated professional workers who are earnestly sincere and careful about their responsibility to produce quality Garments products. The real objective of M.S. SARKER KNIT COMPOSITE LTD. is to attain and enhance customer ’s satisfaction by providing reasonable price on time delivery of contracted quality and quantity of readymade garments (RMG) with reliability and increasing efficiency level of work force day by day.

To ensure these objectives, the management of M.S.SARKER KNIT COMPOSITE LTD. has decided to adapt the following criteria:

  • We are committed to meet and exceed customer requirements in making garments and obviously meet its own employee’ s satisfaction.
  • We ensure adequate training and suitable work environment to enhance productivity and skills of the employee.
  • We collect customer feedback regularly, to know about their conception and to take appropriate action timely.
  • We will ensure product quality and delivery time as per buyer ’s requirements and increase profitability.
  • We will review Independent quality control team performance in all areas from time to time and take measures to continually improve quality , work environment and employee satisfaction.
